No. We find the information: who sells the part, where, and possible equivalents. You order directly from the supplier of your choice, with no middleman.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the number of parts and how hard they are to find. Write to us: you'll know the price before we start, and you're free to say no.
What information should I send?
Most useful: the full part number, the brand and the quantity. If some information is missing, a clear photo of the nameplate or the part is often enough to get started.
My part is no longer made. Can you help?
Yes, that's where we're most useful. We look for remaining stock at distributors and for equivalent parts, and we tell you what to check (dimensions, specifications).
How fast will I get an answer?
It depends on the number of parts and how rare they are. Tell us how urgent it is in the form: a machine that's down comes first.
Who handles customs and shipping?
You do. We find the information, but the purchase is made directly between you and the supplier: customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import or export rules and certifications (for example CSA) are your responsibility. Details in our terms of service.
Do you work outside Quebec?
Yes. We're based in Quebec, but the research is done online, so we can help clients anywhere. We answer in English or French.
